  • Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices without notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will not change for that specific transaction.

  • Payments: We accept payments via [PAYMENT METHODS, e.g., UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking]. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

3. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We strive to be as accurate as possible with product images and descriptions. However, BudgetMei does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Inaccuracy in pricing or product information.

  • Stock unavailability.

  • Suspicion of fraudulent transactions. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 7 business days.

  • Delivery: Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 15 business days depending on your location in India.

  • Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, BudgetMei is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or "Acts of God" (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

6. Returns and Refunds

Our policy regarding returns and refunds is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Generally:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

  • To collect or track the personal information of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

BudgetMei, our directors, or employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
